-
Digital platforms and entertainment
We study social media platforms, short-form video content, and influencer communication to understand how they shape our emotions, beliefs, and behavior in everyday life.
-
Mental health and public discourse
We investigate how digital media contribute to mental health awareness, online self-diagnosis, and the broader public discourse of psychological concepts.
-
Engagement and disengagement
We study both active engagement with mobile media and intentional disengagement, including digital disconnection, algorithmic competence, and policy-level interventions.
-
Development and well-being
We explore the interrelationships among media use, psychological well-being, body image, social relationships, and identity development.
